The latest Elden Ring expansion, Shadow of the Erdtree, has been keeping players on their toes with new enemies and bosses to battle. To make the journey a bit smoother for players, developer From Software has released a new patch – Calibration Update 1.12.2.
This update focuses on tweaking the scaling of attack and damage negation that players receive with each Blessing upgrade in the Shadow Realm. The first half of Blessing enhancements will now provide increased attack and damage negation, while the second half will be more gradual. Additionally, the final level of Blessing enhancements will grant slightly more attack and damage negation.
If you’re having trouble with framerate issues due to raytracing settings being automatically enabled, be sure to check your settings in the game’s system graphical options. From Software has acknowledged this bug and is working on a fix.
This patch follows a previous update that introduced new hairstyles, inventory features, balance adjustments, and more to Elden Ring. Players can expect a smoother gameplay experience with these improvements.
