On the program of the festive advent are trips concerts in Bavarian churches, a living Nativity scenes and romantic horse-drawn sleigh. In the sprawling Museum grounds in 60 historic buildings, workshops, mills and estates from rural areas experience upper Bavaria, visitors to the Christkindl market, a colorful program with atmospheric folk music, Brass bands, Christmas craft workshops for children, Fairy tales for children and crafts demonstrations.
A highlight of the Glentleitner Christmas market is the musical appearance of the Alpine horn blowers. Especially in the twilight of this stunning advent are recommended the music and the peaceful winter stroll through the colourful Christmas market stalls with the scent of gingerbread and mulled wine.
