Nintendo Switch Online has been adding more games to its catalog, including some that are lesser-known or never released in the West. During the recent Nintendo Direct, four highly requested games were announced for release today.
Metroid: Zero Mission, which is a Game Boy Advance remake of the original Metroid, and The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past Four Swords, a Game Boy Advance remake of the classic SNES title with a separate co-op campaign, have been added to the Nintendo Switch Online’s Game Boy Advance catalog. Additionally, two M-rated entries have been added to the Nintendo 64 catalog: Perfect Dark, which is the spiritual successor to GoldenEye 007, and Turok: Dinosaur Hunter.
It is important to note that the NES, SNES, and Game Boy libraries are included in the regular Nintendo Switch Online subscription. However, if you want access to the Nintendo 64, Game Boy Advance, and Sega Genesis catalogs, you will need to upgrade to the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack subscription.
