Farewell Twitter? Elon Musk wants to (again) revolutionize his social network, ignoring the dissatisfaction of users. This time, the American tycoon attacks the very identity of the blue bird. The logo could turn into a simple glittering “X”, according to him. “We will say goodbye to the Twitter brand, and little by little, to all the birds,” he tweeted around 6 a.m. PDT.
And soon we shall bid adieu to the twitter brand and, gradually, all the birds
And to clarify, in a following tweet: “If a good enough X logo is posted by tonight, it will be released globally tomorrow. He took the opportunity to broadcast this scintillating X proposed by an Internet user, before retweeting other proposals, and giving indications for those who try their hand at this sort of contest improvised by the founder of Tesla.
“If the style of the X is to be the closest to anything, it should, of course, be Art Deco,” he tweeted, for example.

Behind this umpteenth idea, Elon Musk is still trying to reconcile with some of the Internet users, who have been particularly angry with him since the takeover of Twitter and certain modifications made, the paid certification in mind, but also the moderation left more or less abandoned, or more recently his desire to make private messages pay above a certain threshold.
The mogul had recently confided that brands were also hesitant about paying for ads on the network: since October – the date of the takeover – Twitter has lost 50% of its advertising revenue.
