For its second year of partnership with the Mediterranean nautical event organized at the beginning of June, MAT Watches has just presented a new special edition “Voiles d’Antibes”. The Big Blue continues to inspire the French brand in the choice of its colors. Water-resistant to 200 meters, the steel case with a diameter of 42.5 mm houses a Swiss automatic movement. It was in 2021 that we discovered this watch from the imagination of Vincent Bonnaud, a young French entrepreneur passionate about watchmaking. And obviously in love with the good old days if we refer to the philosophy of his brand: “Back to the past”. Not only the style and the realization rally all the votes, but in addition the piece animated by an automatic movement is offered at an unbeatable price. Compared to the initial models unveiled last year, BND Watches wanted to further improve the robustness of its watches (existing in brown, blue or black) and their ability to be used in all situations. Among the new specificities, we note the double-domed sapphire crystal with five layers of anti-reflective treatment and one layer of anti-fingerprint treatment, the screw-down crown, the water resistance increased to 200 meters, the sand-coloured Super-LumiNova Old second hand Radium or even the Nylon strap with a single passage under the case.
